[The sounds of Zack in the kitchen are strangely reassuring. Just the normal noises of someone making tea or whatever he's doing. It's very normal and ends up being unintentionally grounding. He's sure the more time he puts between himself and the nightmare, the less vivid the images are becoming.

[His gaze falls to the blanket, not even realizing it had slipped off while he'd been in the bathroom.] Sorry.
